Our hotel restaurant right on the Weissensee serves fine specialties made from high-quality natural and organic products. They come from our own hotel garden, from the hotel’s NaturFair nursery in nearby Greifenburg, and of course from the fish and species-rich Weissensee itself. In addition, we get harvest-fresh products depending on the season from producers in the nature park region of Hermagor-Nassfeld-Weissensee.
Vegetarian cuisine is also important to us. The variety of cuisine offers us unlimited creative opportunities to which we dedicate ourselves with passion and a love for detail.
